- Save and manage branding projects in a user account.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.
3.USER RESPONSIBILITIES
A.Permitted Use
You may use Creanova for:
- Personal branding projects.
- Business branding (startups, freelancers, SMEs).
- Non-commercial experimentation.
B.Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use Creanova for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Generate hateful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI models.
- Resell or redistribute Creanova-generated assets as your own standalone product.
- Impersonate another brand or individual.
4.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A.Your Content
You retain ownership of any text, images, or inputs you provide.
By using Creanova, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs for AI generation.
B.Creanova-Generated Outputs
Generated branding assets (logos, designs, etc.) are owned by you upon download, provided you comply with these Terms.
Creanova retains the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI.
C.Restrictions
You may not trademark or copyright AI-generated outputs without significant human modification.
Some assets may incorporate third-party elements (fonts, icons) subject to their own licenses.
5.PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Free Tier: Limited access with watermarked outputs.
- Paid Plans: Unlocked features, commercial usage rights, and high-res downloads.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
6.PRIVACY & DATA USAGE
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Creanova, you consent to:
- AI processing your inputs to generate branding materials.
- Storage of your project history for account access.
7.DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS
No Guarantees: AI-generated outputs may require refinement. We do not promise perfection.
- 'As Is' Service: We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
- Liability Cap: Creanova's total liability is limited to your last 3 months of subscription fees.
8.TERMINATION
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
